What is a Maintenance Plan?
A Maintenance Plan provides for your vehicle’s Kia-recommended services, including specific wear-and-tears items like wiper blades and brake pads. The plan runs for a set duration of time (e.g. 3 years) or distance travelled (e.g. 45 000 km), whichever happens first. The Maintenance Plan will help keep your vehicle running smoothly and could optimise your resale value. To ensure your plan stays intact, service your vehicle as per Kia’s guidelines. This plan is only available through a once-off purchase option and can be purchased at your dealership of choice or through our national call centre. Wear-and-tear parts
Tensioners and pulleys
(only if specified by the Kia service schedule)

(only if deemed necessary by the approved repair facility)
Front brake discs
(replacement will be considered only if the component is outside Kia specification and skimming tolerance)

Turbo Assembly

Clutch and clutch components
Fuel system, which includes the fuel pump

How do you use this product?
- Check your service intervals – stick to your car’s manufacturer service schedule.
- Make a booking – at your dealer of choice.
- Say you have a Kia Financial Services Maintenance Plan.
- Authorisation go-ahead – the dealer with call the authorisation centre on your behalf.
- Collect and confirm – Collect and inspect your invoice and car.
